RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

Policy Exchanges are only allowed when you receive the wrong product or a product that is defective or faulty.

  • A claim needs to be registered within 3 days.
  • Exchanges must be made within seven days, including the original packaging, and the item must be in good condition.
  • No exchange is allowed without a receipt.

Request A Return:

If you would like to exchange or return any items from your online order, please email us with your reason or get in touch with us via one of our Facebook pages, WhatsApp numbers, or helplines. Our team will give you our office’s address so you can make your return.


Repack Merchandise:

Please ensure that your return package contains the item(s) you wish to return as well as the invoice.


Shipping:

The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping to our address via a traceable delivery method, such as a courier or registered post.
